I have been cutting for over 6 weeks now. Today I weighed in at 157.5 lbs at 5ft 7 in. I wear size 29 waist pant size-(this is a first for me). Starting to get a lot of crap at work about withering away or being too obsessed with weight loss and that I look to thin...etc..etc. I need some advice on my stomach, It looks jacked up with fat rolls when I bend over or sit down. I'm hoping it's fat and not extra skin. Should I keep cutting, do a slow bulk or is this fat gonna have to be chopped and sucked off by a plastic surgeon? Check out the pics.

my stomach fat went down after I did a bulk / cut cycle, now I am doing another bulk / cut cycle and hopefully add more lean mass on me and thus when I cut I will have even less stomach fat.
currently my stomach is fairly flat, but when I put on socks are two rolls I can grab, I believe its mostly fat, i dont think its extra skin because its not really a flap of skin, I dont have any stretch marks in my front area either.

I think the general consensus of the above posters is
"Start bulking. Get some mass in there, then re-cut and it should look better."5.18.2009: 209#, 22.1% BF (MIIT Cardio)
5.25.2009: 207#, 21.4% BF (MIIT Cardio)
6.01.2009: 208#, 20.1% BF (LISS Cardio)
For a group of people who (hopefully) understand that cheating defeats the purpose of whatever you're doing, gaming the system seems like an awfully hypocritical practice.
I don't trade reps. If you like one of my posts, rep it. If I like yours, I'll rep it. That's it.

Nah, workout for what body type you're looking for. If you want to keep cutting then do it. If you feel like bulking than do that. If I were you, I might slide a little clean bulk in since this seems to be bothering you. It takes skin a while to shrink back...takes much longer than the time frame for getting fat loss/muscle growth. You will not need any plastic surgery...just make sure you're taking care of yourself, or your skin won't be as quick to adapt to it's new frame.
I've seen some seriously big girls lose a lot of weight (healthy way) and their skin goes back if they are young, its really amazing. It depends on your age, health, how much weight you lost and how fast you lost it. Unfortunately for some, genetics can come into play as well....but more often than not, the skin seems to be pretty good at tightening up. You look like you're gonna be fine though....just give it more time. The older you are, the more time it will take. Also realize the more you cut (without muscle growth to take up the space) the more obvious it will be until it comes back down because the skin will be looser on your smaller frame. If you are really self conscious about it, then go ahead and use this time to do a clean bulk, as it will make the extra skin less obvious and is probably something you're going to want to do down the road anyways. It really doesn't look bad though, and shouldn't take very long to shrink back down.
Congrats on the weight loss.I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're going and hook up with them later.

You look ok and not too thin. Maybe some bulking in the shoulder. The abs is ok though but needs more on the arms and upper shoulder. Just more protein, weight lifting and your are good to go.
