Do you take supplements with cyanocobalamin (a form of b-12)?
Just wonderin'.
Let me know.

Lol there is plenty of evidence linking aspartame to various conditions such as anxiety. It may not be enough to make certain people happy... but it is enough for concern.
And on super large doses? I don't recall how large of a dose you need... but I know it isn't impossibly high.
I know I get brain fog when I have diet coke VS a nice cup of coffee and when I get on the habit of drinking a lot of it, i get palpitations.

I love how people try to say aspartame, splenda, and all of those chemical sweeteners are completely healthy and will never cause you any problems when the current ones just came out in 1999. The old ones like saccharin are hardly used anymore because everyone knows they're bad. Aspartame, splenda are next. You're right, there is no conclusive evidence because these manufacturers are busy raking in profits from your sugar free candy cookie habits. But guess what....
You are the guinea pig.
You will be the first human to ingest manmade chemicals injected into your diet all over the place for years and years. Remember your body cannot digest these things, so they will stay there. (your body doesn't get rid of them all unless you're lucky enough to get diarrhea from the chemicals). Sure, they fed the rats tons of the poison and we're not rats. But year after year eating more and more of this $hit all over your diet....
you really think you can have your cake and eat it too? think about it logically and stop diluding yourself by listening to corporate america's mainstream propaganda

how about evidence that these chemicals are safe?
10 years from now when you've chugged thousands of gallons hundreds of pounds of sweetener I'll see how you're doing and then make my decision based on your real world "evidence".
Until then, give me raw sugar, give me honey, give me agave, give me molases. Man has been eating them for years and they taste great!

lol yes it's true I'm paranoid as hell... and honestly I know it won't kill you to have a diet soda here and there... it's the mass consumption of the chemicals that I think will really cause problems for people. It's in so much of our diets - soda, food, protein powder, protein bars, everything has sweeteners... pay attention to the ingredients in the things you eat and you will start getting paranoid like me lol
and seriously conspiracy theorists have a pretty good record... some are def nuts but there are a ton of real conspiracies going on out there. corporate america is NOT looking out for your well being so you might as well

It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
