Regarding bodybuilding/nutrition in general is when people say "I don't have time" to do this or that.
None of us have any time. Seriously.
I get up at 4:00 am, get to the gym at 5, get home, fix breakfast/lunches for the family, take kids to school during school year, get to work by 9:00 am, by the time I get home at 6 pm, I take the kids to dance class, karate, wrestling or whatever it is that day, and I'm home by 8-9.
On Sunday, I cook 14 meals (lunch and dinner for 7 days) of chicken/rice, beef rice, or whatever itis I'm eating that week, and put them in tupperware containers. This literally takes two hours.
This is not to say that I'm necessarily the busiest guy on the forum. I'm sure that there are other ways to do it, maybe even better than mine, but, you cannot honestly tell me that you don't have time when he rest of us are making it happen.
/end rant that will do no good

I'm a 10 - 14 an hour a day at work myself man, its not the easiest thing in the world but it isn't impossible, the amount of time most people spend procrastinating and complaining on how or why they can't, they could of just sucked it up and done it.
My main issue at the moment is how to handle nutrition post w/o when my "free time" is about 2 - 4 hours before I need to go to sleep. Exercise never really disrupts sleep, food either but I wonder if I could be recovering at a greater pace if my digestive system wasn't working when I'm asleep.

I am a stay at home father and still do not get everything I need to get done accomplished. I do have priorities which I get done and that is why they are called priorities. If exercise and working out is a priority you will find time to do it over your other daily activities. However, if you are neglecting certain aspects in your life because of your training, then that is another issue and good idea for a thread.
