Sorry about the last post, where I mentioned squats instead of leg presses--a mistake. Here are quarter reps but yesterday at Colloseum Gym in Newark NJ, Taylor Boyd and Amosu Olawale did their leg workout starting with squats, leg presses then leg extensions.
