meal 1- 3/4 cup of oat meal with a tablespoon of flaxiseed, 4 egg whites, and 1 glass of skim milk.
meal 2- tuna with 2 slices of whole wheat bread, and a glass of water
meal 3- 1 cup of brown rice,broccoli or green beans, and skinless chicken breast, and a glass of water.
meal 4- 4 egg whites,1 apple
meal 5- 1 cup of brown rice, and green beans, glass of water\
by the way i am 14 years old 172lbs 6ft and trying to lose 10 to 15 lbs if you have any suggestions for my diet i would really appreaciate them thank you.
