Hey all I'm new, just looking for...

As the title said, I'm new to the forums/bodyspace. I was just wondering if I could get any tips or anything of that nature. I've been working out for a while, much more seriously the past few months. And I'm just trying to really get going with this and get cut. Please check out my pictures and comment if you will maybe give me some good pointers or what any of you feel I should work harder on. I'm really trying to get a much sharper and slimmed midsection. I know that needs work obviously but I'm coming along with it. Thanks for taking your time to read and hit those weights!
    Phil

You have a good base for sers building. I said train heavy and hard, if you think you are already, train harder. Be consistent, lift heavy and eat lots of good whole/healthy food. my fiddy cents.

I agree with chest, train heavy and eat healthy. If your trying to slim down I'd say do cardio like 6 days a week. What worked well for me last semester was lifting heavy 4 days a week and then going for a run after my workout. On my off days I would usually do HIIT cardio or go for a longer run if I felt like it. But you could use anything like a bike or a rowing machine. You can do some pretty brutal interval training on a rower.

Yeah, I used to do a lot of cardio, especially the HIIT, it would be 20-30 mins on a tredmill I'd do as much as I could with as much variety as possible. I've faded away from a lot of cardio however my lifting still fluctuates from lifting with 75% - 90% of my 1RM. I love doing pyramid style routines and I love supersetting gets the blood flowing and works up quite a sweat. With my current body fat at 13.5% I'm looking to drop a few pounds. My back is coming in really nicely but I've still gotta work on my midsection.
