Adding muscle and staying lean

Hey guys. Well I'm a skinny guy (135lbs) and have one year of high school left. I play basketball so that interferes with my working out, but at the beginning of 2010 I plan to start working out hard. I am working out this summer but will stop about October. Anyway I am going to do Army ROTC all 4 years of college and commission as an officer. ROTC requires 3-5 PT sessions a week which is mostly pushups/situps/running/ect. I also want to get big while retaining my high stamina level. What is the best way to achieve this? WSFSB? That's what i am planning on.

Thanks

At 135lbs you don't have to worry about gaining fat. I'd guess you are an ecto so fat gain is not really a problem... Want to get big, lift 3 times a week and eat 6 times a day, focus on compound exercises like these:

Best of luck

Here is what bodybuilding does for someone:

It builds strength of character, strength of body, knowledge of yourself and your own limitations, a quiet confidence in being able to face any challenge no matter how daunting; one that carries over to anything you might do. - Atomic Dog
