Yo whats everyones favourite creatine i found it worked for me when i used Cell-Tech was alot of sugar though
Others? Preferebly ones that DO NOT RAISE HEART BEAT, like superpump250 or NOxplode

cell tech is just sugar water in a fancy bottle. best is monohydrate, u cant go wrong with that stuff
