just got through hitting chest. Also did a 4 sets of 10 pull ups for ****s and giggles. Now going to eat a whole salmon and go see a movie.

I started doing T-bar rows too, they usually give me the greatest feeling. I was wandering if anyone does good mornings for lower back. Is it anygood?..Any better than regular lower back raises?
