Hello,
I'm currently 5'9 and 130 lbs, but I have a good amount of body fat (from soda and junk food i guess).
I was looking to start workin out this summer and put on muscle, is the bill star 5x5 intermediate routine good for me ?
Does this routine actually hit every part of the body? Im looking to make my frame bigger
Since I have body fat, do I need cardio in my routine? (I get a lot of walking and whatnot usually since I live in NYC), or do I bulk up for now and worry about cutting up later?
