Arlec here is an off topic on for you...
If while doing heavy squats they look like half a good morning also [lower back going down so it looks like the bar is really fuly squeezing the body] does it mean that the lower back is too weak or too strong compared to the legs?Hi.

Yes, it is.
Yours is a suffix.

Only first tries count.
Usually too weak, but can also be weakness in the hips or hamstrings, or poor technique.
Bar placement plays a role, and does the lever lengths of the individual: Example: I have a short torso relative to my overall height, and when I carry the bar low, I use a lot more back than many people. The bar will always be in line with the heels (or whatever portion of your foot you are driving through - OL'ers often push through the middle of the foot).

Hmmm thanks, it is weird because when I have a "bad day" my back seems to be working more on the squats but the legs are getting sore not the back , I thought that since the body usually shifts its position to get maximal mechanical advantage it makes me use the back since it is stronger than my legs to move the weight up but ...i dunno lol.jpg
No progress for 3 months FML.Hi.
