not a rocket scientist but somebody figured it out.my point was a bullet creates lift and just because something is on a dead even horizontal course it can still made possible to not be effected by gravity because it is creating the same amount of lift as the altitude it is losing to gravity.

removing factors like lift and the curve of the earth dropping a couple feet, they land at the same time. gravity acts unilaterally, the drop of the bullet isnt affected by the horizonal movement

This occurs because the bore axis is not aligned with the sight axis or the horizontal. This imparts a slightly positive initial y velocity.

We are talking about the bore axis being aligned with the horizontal.

It rises because the bore axis is angled up from the horizontal.

Lift is created by pressure differentials. Assuming a constant atmosphere the total pressure differential around a perfectly round bullet is zero in the y-z plane (assuming y axis is up down, x axis is left right, and z axis is in and out of the page, and the bullet is being fired in the positive x direction), all pressures would cancel, and thus no lift is created by the bullet in an ideal environment (ignoring ground effect).

Don't complain about the results you didn't get from the work you didn't do.
