When relaxed, is the arm fully extended, or is it still bent up but not actually stressing to flex? Mine probably gains a good 1/2 just bending the arm without flexing, so you gotta be more specific

I just checked right now.
Left: 13 to 15.9 inches.
Right:12.9 to 15.0I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.
