    Complex training

    Is it good to just do these 4 days a week for strength training. Thing is since its no rest it would be light weight like 25lbs on each side of the barbell.. Thanks guys

    A complex would be for muscular endurance, not strength training. I plan on doing some complexes when I get my endurance up. I think they are good to do...not strength training though.
