    Targeting front of bicep?

Is there an exercise that hits the front of the bicep, where it connects with the forearm (opposite of the elbow) or is musculature in that area determined by genetics?

Try reverse-grip (palms up) preacher curls.

hey mate rare enough i was about to post the exact same question, you mean the sorta sleeve popping look, where theres that nice protrusion from the bicep connects to the forearm. im also interested is there any specific bicep exercises to target this part of the muscle and build that nice sleeve popping bulge to chuck into a general bicep routine??

hammer curls. Especially gives you that look when your arms are bent such as jogging.

It sounds like you have a short muscle/long tendon. That is genetic and can't be changed. 99% sure on this.
