    it depends on ur size. U weigh 160? I'd say if you were using 80 lb db's that'd be amazing.

    age doesnt really matter, what matters is how long you've been training anyways if you've been training for less than a year 50s would be good

    im 160 pounds and i db press. 18.5 kg each side. plus ten kg for the bar.

    so thats 23 kg each side which = 46 kg = 100 pounds.

    depends on how much you weigh. for 160 i'd say 50-60's are pretty good

    Age doesn't matter....Height/Weight ratio is whats good...being 6'2 200lbs (not jacked, but a good size) I'm able to do 75'sx10...

    Uh...why would a dumbbell bar weigh 25 pounds.

    I dunno about DB press because it's always my third movement, I can do about 50 x 10. I would be significantly stronger if I did them first. I would say barbell wise, if you can do standing with your own bodyweight, that's good.
