im 160 pounds and i db press. 18.5 kg each side. plus ten kg for the bar.
so thats 23 kg each side which = 46 kg = 100 pounds.
Uh...why would a dumbbell bar weigh 25 pounds.
I dunno about DB press because it's always my third movement, I can do about 50 x 10. I would be significantly stronger if I did them first. I would say barbell wise, if you can do standing with your own bodyweight, that's good.
