Really tweaked my lower back doing squats
So today I go in to do squats. I don't do that much weight, and I start ramping up to my 195 x 5 set. I get to 155 (I had a belt on), and as I go up on my second rep my leg kind of shakes throwing me off balance and I feel a strange wiggle in my lower back. I rack the weight and notice some pretty bad stiffness/pain. I start to unload the weight and even holding a 45lb plate I feel a strong pain in my lower back. I cant bend foward at all, all of the pain is in my lower back so no pain traveling through my legs or anything. Anybody know what it could be? I just iced it but it doesnt feel any better. Tips for recovery would also be nice.

I would go see a doctor if you're feeling real pain and it doesn't get better after a day or so.
If it's so bad that you can't hold a plate, then I would definitely see a doctor now.
