CH3 + Fusion Bodybuilding create a body only fit for a GYM GOD
First off I would like to thank Chris(Gym_God) for giving me a chance to log these products. Ive done a Fusion log before and the products truly deliver..Lets get this thing started!
ABOUT ME:
Weight: 158-160lbs
Height: 5'10
Lifting Experience: 4 years... 3 years serious
TRAINING SPLIT:
MONDAY: Back/Abs
TUESDAY: Chest
WEDNESDAY: Biceps/Triceps/Abs
THURSDAY: Legs
FRIDAY:Shoulders/Traps/Abs
Thanks to Big Spaz/Iceman for the help on my split!
SUPPLEMENTS:
Fusion: Shut Eye
Fusion: Purple K
Fusion: Agent-M
DOSING:
Purple K: 1-2 caps pre workout...1-2 caps post workout
Shut Eye: 4 caps 1 hour before bed.
Agent M: 4 caps pre workout... 4 caps post workout
WATER INTAKE:
1-2 gallons
GOALS FOR LOG:
Came off of my first PH cycle on May 15th...9 pound gain... not quite sure what I want to do for this log... i did put on some fat so i want to turn it into muscle... So with that being said im just going to lift hard and see what I can do in 4 weeks!
WHAT IM GOING TO LOOK FOR:
RECOVERY
STRENGTH INCREASE
SLEEP
INCREASED ENDURANCE
SIDE EFFECTS
LAST WORDS:
Ill be giving my 100% honest feedback on this product whether if its good or bad.

whats all this pre-workout stuff about? I heard if youre taking bodybuilding's strongest supplements that you dont even need to lift
