EC Stack? Low carb? Forget that.. Red-Bull cut!

she started drinking 10 to 14 cans each day
yeah I don't believe that. 20-28 dollars a day on ****ing redbull? I think you'd get screwed in the first week drinking that much too, especially without eating any food. Somehow she went on for 8 months.

Well, depending on the type, i think its like 100 calories a serving of red blue and like 30g's of sugar and carbs. Soo at that rate, she was at least getting up to 1000-1400 calories a day in empty sugars and carbs and pure caffine. Surprised she didn't collapse from that sooner, although it did mention a handful of dry cereal.. Hell I wonder how she even went to sleep at night during those 8 months.

i find this highly unlikely. that much of an energy drink in one day is surely not going to help your heart for instance. if you have high blood pressure or a family history of heart disease you are basically asking for a coffin in a can.

A sugar free red bull 30mins before workout makes me work out like a madman.

Maybe 10-14 would be a better idea. Naht.

It actually makes you wonder if she survived the heart attack because of the red bull? That would be ironic lol
