Get to the Point: Best Supp. you have taken.
What product is your go-to formula. Wether a protein, PH, pre-workout, post-workout, or even just a vitamin pack, what product would you consider to be your 'trademark' product.
I.E. Aftershock is the best post-workout I have ever taken. When I stack it with Hypershock I feel full and complete after each workout. I am not reliant on powders by any means, but both of these give me the energy to lift, and formula to finish, strong.
I rep. both of these products to my friends since I know they have contributed so much to my growth as a bodybuilder. So what else is out there, and why do you consider the supplement so powerful?

I love super pump 250. the flavors ive tried are great. it took me a while to build up a tolerence and now that i've been using it consistently 4-5 days a weeks its for sure helping me lean out because of the amount of stimulents in it. Also I've been taking sizeon and purple wraath together intra-workout. and lately that stack has been doing incredible things to my workouts. And for protein I find it very hard to use anything thats not optimum 100% weather its their pro complex, nitro core or just good old whey. those are the most common products i use but for sure SP250 is one of my favorites.

Weight Gainer - this includes products like Muscle Juice, Muscle Milk, ABB Xtreme. Coming from someone that was underweight these have helped me get my body comp up where I now feel comfortable and has been a huge morale booster!Originally Posted by Death Head

i like a mixture of blood, sweat and tears mixed with iron. lol all jokes aside my favs are ON's whey and casein. and i just finished a cycle of sus500... a years worth of results in 2 months

Afterglow
Best supp Ive used is Afterglow...its expensive and tough to find but it is best overall post workout supp Ive ever used...My bench has gone up from repping 205 to 240 (3x5) in about 6 months. Now Im also using NitroCore at night and in-between meals, as well as Green Mag and PurpleW so maybe its the combination of all 4??

Trenadrol hands down, but my homemade weight gainers are a close 2nd (2 scoops of any protein 60g, 1.5 cups of Oatmeal, and 2 TB of Natty PB) mmmmmmm think I'll have one now

Protein number 1. It actually builds muscle. Currently on the XF love train.
Then would come creatine mono. It's proven to work over the test of time.(AST currently)

I won't say 'whey' or 'multivitamins' because that's a staple to me and should be known without having to be mentioned.
I'll go strictly with 'sexy supplements' if you will. Ones that you won't stay on 24X7X365 -
