    Filling out for a week and adding carbs

    Don't know if this is the right place to put this but I think its the closest.

    Monday June 1st I will be on the beach.

    For the past six weeks I have been cutting pretty hard while taking animal cuts. Along the way I have had a few bumps but nothing that wasn't similar to a refeed.

    My macros for about the past three weeks have looked like this with no refeeds.

    90-125g carbs
    250-300g Protein
    50-70g fat

    between 1800-2200 cals

    I am feeling and looking extremely flat.

    If I introduce 50g more carbs day until Monday will I begin to fill out?

    this would put me around 300g carbs. If I stay active will I fill out nicely and keep defined, or is it more likely it will spill over and cause bloat?

    thanks for the help.

    btw I train on a 5 day split and do at least 15 minutes cardio everyday. I plan to stay active and do run on the beach while I'm on vacation.

    That most certainly won't be enough to make you spill over. It will help fill you out, but it's really a pretty conservative carb up. I would consider adding more. Also, your dieting macros would benefit from having less protein, and more carbs.
