My Fresh start - The battle for physcial, mental and emotional health
I decided to close my old journal because I found that the last little while I was complaining too much about non-bodybuilding issues and not concentrating on what I need to concentrate on.
This journal will be a more focused approach on my lifting and diet habits. I will also be working on making myself more mentally and emotionally strong, but I am not going to bring that into this journal. I will be doing a lot more soul searching in this regard, as I think I have found the problem, so now I can work on the solution.
It is time to become what I have always dreamed of becoming, a strong, muscular, emotionally-sound man.
That shouldn't be too hard, right? LOL

In for changes!
I have not rated this journal yet, one b*tch and moan session from you and it goes to 3 stars.
You're training is tight, just have to get that diet nailed and you're laughing. Knock 'em dead bro.

Good morning everyone!
Hopefully the gray clouds move out and I can have an enjoyable walk this afternoon. Other than that not much else planned for today (other than work).
I hope everyone has a great day!

A new journal? How 'bout a new member? Looks like you have figured out that mind body and spirit all have to be whipped into shape. BE RELENTLESS!!

I think I figured it out to be about 3 miles an hour. It's about 8 miles total and it took 2h45min. so around there anyways. Part of the time was on a pay phone with my wife and using the beach washroom so...hard to really say but...
