Hit my first long term goal - 50lbs lost.
As of this morning, I'm down 53lbs. Super excited. About 8lbs down since my current progress photo. This website has provided SO much information [both training and nutrition] as well as motivation. I may not post all that often, but I wanted to say thanks to you all!
Still not finished yet, but totally stoked regardless!

WOW - very exciting for you, congrats! My mom just reached her 50+lb mark too and has now become her own motivation. She's proved to herself that she is capable of what she once thought impossible.
Now you're able to provide motivation and inspiration to other women here just as ladies have provided you with it!
