i try to AT LEAST 5 times before 6pm every day. today at work was kind of hectic and didnt eat until 2pm. it got me thinking though, what do you do on gym days where you dont get enough food to eat throughout the day? do you not go? or do you go thru with it? i tend to have really weak workouts when i dont eat what i normally do in a days worth.

Me, i don't. I just use it as a low carb day on my carb cycling rotation.
I can't train when i haven't got enough food in me on that day. I feel ****. I always approach the gym with an all or nothing mindset in terms of my workout. I never lift "moderate", i always go hard so if something's not right, i won't bother.
