I can't take many pills so I am currently crushing up AST pro 32 vitamins and putting them in my shakes. Is there a decent vitamin powder out there or should I just keep doing what I am doing?

Chewables or either this website www.LEF.org , they offer a variety of powder vitamin alternatives.
