You averaged 2lbs/month. Great job!
If you dont mind, how many calories did you eat and what kind of foods? I am not looking for exact details, just your food base? Oh, and did u cheat, and if you did, what kind of stuff did u eat?
Also, did u keep track of you measurements, etc, during these 4 months? Did your strength go down at all? (from your first pic, it looks like u may have been lifting before so i am assuming u didnt have newbie gains during your cut)
I am guessing u are between 14 - 15% bf if u are flexing your abs in the pics.
Im just started a cut right now, thats why i ask
Cheers!

I eat around 1900-2100 calories a day. If you check my signature it has my food log linked in there. Go there and it has my daily intake in there. I cheated on Sundays and ate WHATEVER I wanted. Some times a little ridiculous but I still was able to obtain this. I would have pizza, pancakes, burgers, Chinese food ANYTHING and then bust my ass the other 5 days of the week.
I gained a **** ton of muscle since January I feel.
Any questionsn let me know.
Thanks everyone!

Wow man! Good work! One question the Feb to March pic, what the hell did you do?? Big improvement in one month there. Inspirational, no doubt. I'm in my second month of hit'n it hard as hell. Any tips bro, I and I'm sure all of us are open to them.

You would look pretty ripped if you kept leaning out. Some loose skin is in the expected
places, but that will disappear soon. Whatever you're doing, keep at it.

Well I like my cheat meals. And I usually have a cheat DAY and eat ridiculous amounts. Well from Feb. to March I just didn't cheat and if I did it was a very small cheat.
Tips? hmmm. Biggest thing I learned is if you aren't leaving the gym out of breath your not working hard enough!!
