hey im 14 172 lbs 6 foot and wanna lose 10 or 15 lbs. i dont know how to make a diet or what to have in one. and if any one could help me with a diet or show me one it would be great. thanks

If all you want to do is lose weight, eat less and move more. Cut out refined sugars and processed foods, no soda and you should start losing weight. Also remember one pound of muscle burns average 30 cal a day at rest, add more muscle=burn more calories.
