lean meat sandwhiches on whole grain
fruit
nuts
canned tuna
cottage cheese
dry whole grain cereal (GO Lean Crunch is great dry)
best option
cook chicken breasts, rice/sweet potatoes, veggies in bulk on the weekend and refrigerate for the week
