On the Go/Quick at Home Meals

Simply I do not have a lot of time to be cooking/making meals...I really want to try to get a little more cut, my weight is at about 285(Want to around that weight)... Does anyone have any good suggestions of nutritionally sound meals that are easy and quick?

lean meat sandwhiches on whole grain
fruit
nuts
canned tuna
cottage cheese
dry whole grain cereal (GO Lean Crunch is great dry)

best option
cook chicken breasts, rice/sweet potatoes, veggies in bulk on the weekend and refrigerate for the week
