Help!!!
I have been doing a contest prep for about 13 weeks now, I have 2 weeks left. I have been doing a total keto diet Here is my Macro breakdown I have been doing 35 grams of protein per meal and 10 grams of fat, I weigh 165, anyway I haven 't had any carb up days during this cut, my show is in 17 days and I am wondering if I could have a carb up basically 14 days out and then get back to no carbs for the last 2 weeks?? Any Help/ advice would be great. I am around 5-6 % bf right now.
