Help!!!

I have been doing a contest prep for about 13 weeks now, I have 2 weeks left. I have been doing a total keto diet Here is my Macro breakdown I have been doing 35 grams of protein per meal and 10 grams of fat, I weigh 165, anyway I haven 't had any carb up days during this cut, my show is in 17 days and I am wondering if I could have a carb up basically 14 days out and then get back to no carbs for the last 2 weeks?? Any Help/ advice would be great. I am around 5-6 % bf right now.

I'm sorry!
I wish I could tell you - but I have no idea!
I've talked to one fitness competitor and she told me that even around contest time, she still eats 2 servings of grains per day! (she's ms.fitness world... it seems to be workin for her!)

You know your body!
I recommend you PM some of the pros on here though..

You should ask on the contest prep board, but it sounds like an okay Idea, 14 days is plenty of time to deplete the water. Were you going to compete depleted though? It could be a double edged sword, you'll need to carb up to make your muscles look full, but eat too many carbs and you'll retain water and lose definition. Go ask on the prep board

Thanks for the Replies guys. I think that I Have decided to just stick it out another two weeks with no carbs. I will have some simple carbs on the day of the show, just enough to make me look full. There are just so many different theories on all of this and I guess it just comes down to experience, but since this is my first show, I am just kinda watching myself and listening to what other folks are telling me.
