There really isn't anything you can do to get "cut up" right before going to the beach. I guess you could do a full body workout and get a pump going on right before going to the beach.

I do like 30 pushups and try to not have sodium or high carbs beforehand. i also put on RPN atomic meltdown

depends how you define "beach." if you go with tons of girls and there is poon potential, then it is important to look good. if you are just going with your family or something, then its not such a big deal. on spring break I always needed to look my best to put the other clowns to shame

as everyone has mentioned to look the most defined,
you'll want to look into diuretics to diminish as much water weight as possible,
also means drink less water too.
and also a light workout will get the blood pumping, but that wont last all day at the beach.
also remember that when your at the beach it's extremly hot and you will become dehydrated very fast.
is is more important to look 'cut' or be hydrated?Ball-Worthy [bawl-wur-thee]

When I went to the beach last year, I started on a really strict diet about 1 month ahead of time and dropped about 10 lbs.
That was my "Beach Prep"
