how to get rid of prominent collar bone

I've been on a mass gaining diet and lifting regiment for about 12 weeks. I weighed 135 and looked every bit of it and now I'm up to a pleasant 160 (I'm also 5'8). My arms, chest, and back are getting pretty developed but I my shoulders have been lagging. In particular I have a very prominent collar bone and I'm not sure what exercise to use to go about making it less so.

Only way to get rid of it is to pack on more mass to your chest, shoulders and traps. Even then, it isn't 'gone', it just has the illusion of being less visible due to the size of the surrounding musculature.

I'm not sure how far it sticks about but if it's really significant (and not just you being self conscious) you'll have to put on A LOT of mass/volume in a difficult region to bulk in order to hide it. I don't know how old you are or how long you've been lifting, but it's probably not going away any time soon.
