Gonna start running in the mornings
It's going to take everything I have to actually get up when the alarm starts ringing at 6, because it's soooooooooo much easier to just say f*ck it I'm going back to sleep for another hour and a half, and I've intended to go out like every morning this week. Instead I flip my pillow over to the cold side, shut the alarm off, put the covers back on and am back asleep immediately. Feels good man.
So hats off to all you dedicated people. I know I just have to get into the habit, but the first few times are gonna kill me haha. Gonna put my alarm clock way across the room so I have to get up to shut it off
