I'll Start: GAINS-10 pounds on my bench makeing a total of- 235
LOST: 15 Lbs leaveing me at- 212
ACCEPTING ADVICE: how can i lose weight steadily?(a workout)eating right is comenceing atm

Well you can try (HIIT) and nutrition does a part on losing weight as well. seen your progress you doing great man if anymore advice you going to catch up to me =) good luck

to OP, if you want to lose weight (fat) i suggest trying to cut out carbs past mid day, and up your protein/fat intake to around 1.5g / lb for protein, and around 150g fats ( good fats, not trans, saturated ect. i mean mono unsaturated omega 3 ect)
make sure your food is from whole sources like lean meat, nuts, veggies, salad, peanut butter  ect ect
if you can, try cutting carbs down to under 100g for a week or so and consume all of them around breakfast/before lunch then tell me if you notice a difference
good luck brah, takes a bit to get used to but im sure the results will be good.

i'm guessing by "eating right is comenceing atm" you meaned concerning you, hard to understand someone that can't type the english language well. okay, use the advice he gave you, not mine. lol.
if you are just being introduced to HIIT then i strongly suggest you get your diet on track first if you are having trouble with weight gain.
why do HIIT if the junk you are putting into you is making you gain fat right after all your effort to burn it? stupid.
