It's official - I'm a "before" and "after"
After just over 4 years of lifting and becoming addicted to the fitness lifestyle I've finally been given a kind of validation that its all been worth it.
My old Personal Trainer, who I just see socially now, is giving a fitness lecture to a large audience next week and he is also launching his new website. Out of all his clients (he has about 60) he chose me to be his "success story" and is featuring me as his "Before and After" case study in the presentation and on his website.... to say I'm flattered is an understatement.... and boy has it motivated me to do even better, onward and upward.... I was going through a bit of self doubt just recently, wondering if it was all worth it, but I think this has well and truly got me out my funk and back on track.......
Now I wonder if I should show my face at the lecture next week, I might get mobbed LOL.....

Good job. My trainer points me out to clients too. It's a good feeling.

Nice job man - reps. My trainer points me out and confided in me that I'm one of a select few that she's proud of.

thanks everyone, one of my biggest motivators is this great community we have here in the OV35 Forum..... supportive and informative and a lot of fun too... and knowing I can share my success with you all is so great..... you know I really cant talk about it with anyone here at work or even most of my friends and family.... I just get a roll of the eyes and a quick change of subject.....
so thanks again
