If your losing weight I would not bother the side effects can be not so great depending on how caffine sensitive you are.

I would only think about them if your losses stall and then I would look at diet and carido more first.

MAN Scorch seems to work for a lot of people.

I think you should use a fat burner once you hit a plateau but if you just have to lose the weight fast, a fat burner would help burn off the fat quicker.

I agree with all other comments posted here. Turn to the fat burner when results have stalled and you need that extra assistance. If you've been in a calorie defecit for a while(Burn more than you consume) it might be worth using a fat burner for a cycle before returning to a more balanced diet. Dieting and excercise will enable you to burn fat, but if you leave your body in a state of deficit and depletion too long you can mess up your metabolism and begin to burn away your hard earned muscle.

If you do choose to use a fat burner, and I would reccomend it, probably cytolean, Hydroxycut hardcore, and Mitotropin have worked well for me in the past.

Best of luck!

I stand by Mitotropin and Lipo 6 Black, since both have T2 in them which aids in fat oxidation in muscle cells.

Reducing calories, keeping up protein intake, exercising more.

Nutrition and exercise are 90% of the battle.

As for a fat burner, I take a green tea extract pill and a caffeine pill every morning. Green tea is $7 for 100 capsules, and caffeine is $7 for 3 100-capsule bottles, so a nine-ten month supply of pills (300 servings) costs about $30.

Higher Power Green Tea Extract

4Ever Fit Caffeine

In comparison, a month's supply of Hydroxycut Hardcore (when it comes into production again) is about $60/month since you are supposed to take three pills twice a day.

I would kick up the cardio and keep lifting, doing more reps and increasing the intensity. Eat 8 small a day to increase metabolism.

Ive only taken one fat burner, SAN Tight and I didnt really like the side effects and how it made me feel.
