This started when I went on keto. My diet consists of just fat and protein and maybe ~20g of carbs. I constantly have a bloated feeling in my lower back and my lower abdomen since going on this diet. The pain shifts from the right side to the left side of my lower back and I just cant get a bowel movement going. I took a laxative to see if it was actual feces, and I still had the feeling after I pooped everything out and I noticed I farted A LOT after I took it. So I thought it was trapped gas. I bought Gas-X today and the feeling is still there. I am taking following suppelents:
On Whey
EC stack 3x daily
AMP
Creatine Mono from GNC
Glutamine
2 Fish Oil
2 Vit Cs
1 B12
1B6
and Metamucil 3x a day for the fiber.
Do you guys have ANY idea what it is?
I don't have insurance right now, so I can't really afford to go the doctor. Could it be bad deadlift form? I'm thinking no, because I don't know why I'd be so bloated and constipated!
I'm drinking a gallon of water a day as well....
I'm looking for any help I can get! Thank you!
