I mean, I feel good after I've done legs, and I want big legs-balance. I just have to make myself do it. I love my TBDLs though.
Anyway, what I did was put bis at the end of leg day. It has worked on the last couple of leg days.
They have gone like this..."****ing legs....ugh...maybe I'll skip them today. I'm tired as ****, and I'll just pick them up next week. Wait, I don't wanna slack on my bis. Might as well push through the legs to get to the curls."
Laugh, mock, whatever....I'm sat here with sore legs and a smile on my face coz of the above line of thinking.

I do legs on day 1 then chest on day 2...I kind of think of it as a type of reward for busting my legs up on the previous day.
