Brb killing the gym! Even though i bruised my forearm yesterday, which kinda hurts like **** haha. Since you use your forearms for almost everythingI rep people in my log.

Well honestly, it slows me down when im playing yugio. When i put my trump card down, i cant really slap it down with emphasis like i would like to. And sometimes when i play WoW i can heal as quickly, so people get mad at me when we raid all the time.
Lol, and you can comment on it, it doesnt matter to me. I tell people who i talk to all the time, i dont give a ****. Still consider you and james my friends.. and i gave you a shoutout at 225 rows "Here you go mickles"

Thanks brudda! Its only expected right?! Haha and actually, that particular machine doesnt. Im guessing its slightly more than 10lb per plate. it goes up to 20 plates. The one next to it has weight numbers on it, but since i started on that one, its easier to just measure the progress on it. The 15 plates was about my bodyweight, made me fly up at the last set, and if i hang on it, i slowly go down. So must be about 190

Liking the vids man eric!! Look big in them too. Rows looked good and presses looked effortless. Strong strong strong. Just worndering eric could you get a vid of a stretch up some time. Would be curious to see what all this. 40sec tricep 50lb stretch is all about

awesome videos man. Making those 90's look like cake....arms looking big in videos too.
Rows look like yates rows though. Not that there's anything wrong with thatI used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

Update: Im going to get kind of ripped up. Fitting in my clothes is getting rediculous. Im just tired of ****. Thinking of a lot of stuff, lots of stuff on my mind. Diet is the only thing i can control, and i will control it. Ill be taking pics at the end of my creadyl log, then will update every montth. Im aware my lifts may go down a bit, but whatever. It all works out in the end. Want to see what i would look like at 10-12% bf, as i assume im around 15-18 now. Need to cruise soon, im thinking after this next week i will do a cruise week, if you will help me out with that James.I rep people in my log.

Legs are finally getting bigger, and i think my calves are growing too! Squats were actually pretty easy, ill go for 315 for reps next time, with vids hopefully. Depth is great, form is good. Biceps arnt really progressing that much as far as strength goes. Think i need to switch out the exercise. James when do you think i should cruise? Im starting to seriously cut and everything so i cant expect strength gains forever realistically. Changed hams rep range from 20-30 to 15-25. Calves and hams were really dead
