Eating makes me sick-Help!
I know this is a VERY generic subject, but I had to ask someone about this. Every time I get 'serious' about working out, I try to eat as much as I possibly can. I practically swallow the refrigerator every chance I get. I eat a lot even when I'm not in one of these phases, but not this much at all. It seems as though every time I do this, that I just end up feeling really sick. I feel disgustingly bloated and nauseous. When that happens, I end up quitting eating like that and go back to normal. This is not good because I'm trying to get bigger and stronger and I know that eating big is a cornerstone of that goal. Can anyone help me out? Am I doing anything blatantly wrong. Check out this diet: Keep in mind that this is what I eat when I'm going on an eating craze...
Breakfast-
Egg Sandwich with 3 eggs, cheese, bacon, and salsa on a whole wheat bagel
1 Cup oats
Banana
32 oz. Milk
Snacks- Nothing unhealthy, just more nutrient dense foods
Lunch-
Ham Steak
32 oz. Milk
Carrots
More Snacking...
Dinner-
As much as I can eat of whatever my mom makes
32 oz. Milk
Before Bed-
2-3 Cheese sandwiches
More Milk
Am I just eating too much? Is it too big of a change too quickly? Am I just doing something wrong?
Any help is greatly appreciated. I don't want to let something this dumb get in the way of my success.
Thanks.
