So... Today's my 18th Birthday

I really wanted to drop my bf low enough to see some abs before the big 18, that unfortunately didn't happen lol.
On the other hand, I think this last 7 months after the weight loss I've put on quite a bit of muscle that I did not have.
Been timed carb cutting for 3 weeks now, 5 pounds down at 177 (after the water weight) and I can't wait to see what this year has to offer.
Took this after some pad work for a bit of cardio yesterday, not trying to act like a hardass haha

Don't even know whats going on with the hands, oh well.

haha looking good tho, looks like you hold fat kind of weirdly because your waist def. looks skinny in the picture but I'm sure it will come off with a good diet and cardio routine

I have a small waist and a big chest. Now combine that with some loose skin and it does look rather weird.

don't have any front pics from the past 3 weeks.... but ya, I have some loose skin around the abdomin, everywhere else its not that big of a deal.

I'm thinking the only way this loose skin is going to go away is through a mini tummy tuck, anyone know if there is still a chance that it'll tighten up without it? It's def. a motivation killer, that's what you get when you lose 70 pounds incorrectly...

Try bio oil or almond oil or some kind of Vitamin E oil - after your shower 3 times a week without fail and take photos, you will see some progress and I think over a period of 1-2 years it will be back to normal, of course you need to be doing abs - more so stretching ab work outs as appose to crunches. I've got the same problem and mine is coming along...slowly. my arms/legs are almost back to normal and they were bad. my stomach is coming slowly also.

thanks I will try that. Ab workouts have been good, hitting them 2-3 times a week with weighted workouts. They're really strong, they just don't show too well.
