Hey i play alot of football and i just joined the gym does anyone have any tips or know of a workout so i can get my stamina and endurence up to par so i can run round for longer?

First, I hope that you are not 98 pounds.
The best way to increase endurance is to run, get out of the gym.
Do plenty of core work and make sure you're getting plenty of carbs to fuel your runs.
