Doing 1lb of chicken breast a day for the next week before my snowboard vacation, hoping it'll blow me up for the hot spring tubs with the ladies

At 5'8" and 178 lbs, it seems like my max capacity for daily intake; Breaks up into 4 meals, combined with a salad and a protein shake seems like a righteous number to gain and maintain a bb mass.

Just to clarify are you talking about sprinkling steak into your diet, or sprinkling actual chicken on your steak? Cause that sounds really tasty.
