    hey i just wanted to know if working out 5 times a week bad?

    no its not bad... if u can recover and make steady progress doing it then keep doing it. Also u can hit your body once every 7 days on a 5 day split or twice its up to u.

    i do 6 days week, each muscle twice a week, works fine for me, never feel like im not recovered, or experienced any overstraining symptoms. only negative feeling i get is on my one day off all i want to do is go to the gym cuz i feel lazy.
