    Question Lean Xtreme side effects

    Hi folks-

I just ordered Lean Xtreme and was very stoked to try it with my current cut. However, I have been reading some of the logs on here and have seen a number of people complain about joint pain. Now I am having second thoughts about using it. I have a few questions and reps for anyone who can help answer. How safe is a supplement that can cause joint pain? Is this side effect common with most users or more rare? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

The effect isn't that common. I've never had any. It is a side-effect of reduced cortisol, but it is easily solved by reducing the dose.

Worst case, just pick up a joint supp to use during your LX cycle and that way you can avoid it pretty much altogether.

Same here. I was worried about the joint pain stuff but I'm taking 3 caps a day with zero sides whatsoever. If you're one of the rare cases where it bothers you, just cut out one of the caps like the one at night or the 4-hour-after-waking afternoon cap. Go for it!

I have no joint pain, but I notice that I get a little stomach ache or headache from it. I drink some water and it's all good.

I have joint pain in general. These are days where LX seems to amplify joint pain. I don't mind the joint pain as long as reduced cortisol isn't doing damage to my joints.

I had the same problem with white flood and it seemed to take a while to go back to normal after I stopped taking it.
Are you just taking LX or are you taking Adrenalean too? I'm not sure if was definately the adrenalean but I **** more frequently while i was taking the adrenalean/lx stack.

To the OP, my joints improved a lot when I started taking some glucosamine and fish oils. Haven't had any pain since.

i started at 3 a day but eventually had to cut it back to 1 a day because of joint pain. i have had several issues with my joints, including a hip dislocation, knee issues, and shoulder isssues.

i started running it again about a week ago, this time with joint support. i started at 1 a day and have been fine, so i'm going to bump it up to 2 a day and see what happens.

despite the joint pain, i have to say it is very effective for a recomp or cut.

The bowel issues are probably because of the forskolin. Or in the case of white-flood, the stims.

If you have exisitng joint problems you may notice they flare up a little. "may" being the operative word.
