Know any figure/fitness trainers in South Florida?

Hi. I am very interested in doing a figure competion. I have tons of questions and looking for a seasoned trainer. Can any one reccommend a trainer that coaches figure/fitness competitions? They must have a good reputation in the industry and located in the South Florida region.

Your best bet is to look up your local bodybuilding association, google it if you have to, they should be able to give you some advice on whos good, your local gym may know who to look up as well.

You don't need a trainer close to home. Most of us use online trainers. I send my trainer weekly pics and stats and it works great!
