Consider a full body just for a bit... Tons of core and compound exercises and then use this site and the ssupersite to find a program that is in line with your goals. I see you have a goal of a 360# bench... What are you pushing now? If it's not 300+ roll that goal back a bit. A bunch of little goals reached is more celebrations than waiting and waiting for that big one... Good luck and thanks for your service sir
