Workouts

Well i have been working out since high school but just recently got back into it hardcore i am looking for a great workout to gain mass and strength if any one can help it would be great i am starting my stack of SP250 and sizeon tomorrow so if you have a workout that would help me gain size then thanks i am currently at 5'11"and 202 lbs and my newest goal is benching 360 and arms reached 17 inches but im not happy so any one with any advice or motivation would be a big help thanks.

There are a few programs out there. So its going to be trial and error. Best bet would be to read about all of them and decide.

Another program to consider is one devised by Eric Broser. Its power/rep range/shock.

Consider a full body just for a bit... Tons of core and compound exercises and then use this site and the ssupersite to find a program that is in line with your goals. I see you have a goal of a 360# bench... What are you pushing now? If it's not 300+ roll that goal back a bit. A bunch of little goals reached is more celebrations than waiting and waiting for that big one... Good luck and thanks for your service sir

Well your welcome and its my pleasure to serve for the US and thanks for the advice my goal actualy is 375 and im at 345 right now so not far off but im looking for size and the heavier the weight gets the more size il gain just need a workout to start it off.
