    Critique My Diet

    Stats:

    5'9
    195 LBS
    Lost 4 LBS in 3 weeks so far

    Goal: 2 Lbs Week
    Goal Weight: 180

    Lifting 3 Days a week
    Cardio 5 Days a week - either running 3-5 miles or elliptical for 40 minutes
    Drinking a gallon of water/day
    Cheat Day: Saturday or Sunday

    Supps:
    REDuction
    Fish Oil - 1 1,300 cap per day
    Flaxseed Oil - 1 1,300 cap per day
    Green Tea Extract - 2 caps with lunch or afternoon snack


    Meal 1
    1/2 Cup Egg Beaters
    Mushrooms
    Black Olives
    or
    High Fiber Cereal - Yes, high carbs
    Skim Milk

    Meal 2 (Snack)
    Protein Bar or Orange/Banana

    Meal 3
    Chicken Breast
    Green Beans
    Fat free cottage cheese/Pinneapple
    or
    Turkey Breats
    Whole Wheat bread
    Fat Free Cheese

    Meal 4 (Snack)
    Carrots/Broccoli
    or
    Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    Pinneapple

    Meal 5 - Post workout
    Protien Shake with Natural PB & Skim Milk

    Meal 6
    Same as 3 or Smart One Dinner (Yes, I know not a great meal)

    Meal 7 (Snack)
    Sugar Free pudding or apple sauce

    Any suggestions are appreciated. I'm trying to consume around 1,800 - 1,900 calories a day. Is this not enough?

    18-1900 might be a little low. i would go to 20-2200. i eat ~2050 and im 5'8 175. I was eating what you appear to be, but i was told on here to up the cals. Protein seems low, try for 1g/lb LBM. Fat might be slightly high, but I am not sure there.
