6 weeks with upper body problem??

I have 6 weeks until my cousins wedding and 8 weeks before my holiday to California!! My problem is I need to loose weight and get more definition on my upper body!! my legs have come along nicely.

Anyone reccommend the best diet to get reults. I was considering Keto as I have done this in the past but its hard to upkeep for a long time?! any advice would be greatly appreciated on training Upper Body and diet?

Personally, I have no problem doing keto for a long time. Even if it's not your favourite, could you stick it for six weeks?

You already know how to train upper body, just make it your priority. Train upper body first when you go to the gym, increase your weights as much as possible, go for lifts like military press, pull-ups, dips, bentover barbell rows, chin ups, close grip bench press etc.

Ok so not to thread jack but how do you get your lower body to move along? My upper body is coming along great! I saw a previous poster suggest you work your upper body first so then should I work my lower body first since that's the area i really want to target? Thanks!

Make it your priority, work it first, work it hardest, use the heaviest weights you can. Make sure you are doing free weight squats and deadlifts and stiffleg deadlifts rather than the machines. When you've hammered it, take your shake and allow it time to recover.
