Last month i posted my squat form and you guys said i should sit back more and have my elbows underneath the bar. I have since improved my form and i wanted you guys to check it and see if im doing it right and what else i can do?

1st vid is 242x3 last month, 2nd vid is 264x5 from tonight.
edit: i dont have a boner in the first vid, its the way my shorts roll up because my legs were sweaty that day and got caught on my knees.

Push your belly out, looks like your holding it in.. And your squatting too deep.. Everyone keeps telling each other ass to the grace or your a f..... pussy.. truth is that most ppl dont got the tecnique or the flexibility to do that. I can tell because you roll your lower back when you get to a certain point.
Get someone to watch you while your squatting, so they can tell you when your rolling your lower back.. Or.. get those box squats going insteadIs that you John Wayne? Is this me?
