ok im pretty new to all this but got to agree his technique wasnt good wasnt strick atall so wouldnt that actually work different muscles to what the exercise is ment to do ?

His form was great for that amount of weight. Dont buy into the hype that you have to use super strict form on curls to get big arms thats dumb you have to blast your arms and your not going to do that by not cheating alittle. I've seen way worse cheat curls then this he was def working his bi's.

Nah, broh, WOW (Edison) is open until 7 pm on Sundays. I was at LA for a while and it got way too packed and annoying so I left.

It's a pretty soft gym, like most nowadays, however, it's big and it serves its purpose.

pretty sweet. Not the best form; but still....I played with a couple Nigerian guys in college, and they have the best genetics ever. These guys had never lifted a day in their life; but had the most symmetric physiques I've ever seen.
Pretty cool though..

Haha the infamous straps on a pressing exercise...worthless.That 405 bench didnt count...the spotter was grabbin quite a bit of it.
His calves are TINY.
